When is payment required?
Once a quote has been approved, full payment is required before the sourcing process begins.
How are sourcing prices calculated?
Pricing is based on:

Yes. Prices may fluctuate due to supplier pricing, product availability and currency exchange rates between EUR, JPY and CNY.
How long does sourcing take?
Most sourcing requests are completed within 1–3 weeks depending on supplier availability, shipping schedules and customs processing.
Are customs charges included?
Customs charges, if applicable, are determined by customs authorities after import.
Any customs charges must be paid in full before products are released from the Pokedo warehouse and shipped to the customer.
Do I need to order in bulk?
No. We can source individual products, sealed cases and larger business orders.

How Does the Monthly Sourcing Round Work?
To provide the most competitive pricing possible, Pokedo combines sourcing requests into a scheduled monthly sourcing round.
📅 Requests submitted before the 25th of each month will be included in the next sourcing round.
🔍 After the sourcing round closes, our team contacts suppliers across Japan and China to secure the best available pricing and availability.
📨 Customers receive their sourcing quote within 5 business days after the sourcing round has closed.
